On or before December 31 each year, the commissioners of revenue and transportation shall jointly publish and provide to the governor and to each member of the general assembly a report that summarizes the amount and source of all moneys received and deposited during the preceding fiscal year in the transportation equity fund, created pursuant to § 67-6-103(b). The report shall also include the following information:(1) The total amount of moneys received under this chapter from the sale, use, consumption, distribution, or storage for use or consumption of fuels used for aviation;(2) The total amount of moneys received under this chapter from the sale, use, consumption, distribution, or storage for use or consumption of fuels used for railways;(3) The total amount of moneys received under this chapter from the sale, use, consumption, distribution, or storage for use or consumption of fuels used for water carriers;(4) The portion of the transportation equity trust fund used by the department of transportation for railway-related programs and activities, including a brief description of each such program and activity receiving such funding;(5) The portion of the transportation department of transportation for railway-related programs and activities, including a brief description of each such program and activity receiving such funding;(5) The portion of the transportation equity trust fund used by the department of transportation for aeronautics-related programs and activities, including a brief description of each such program and activity receiving such funding; and(6) The portion of the transportation equity trust fund used by the department of transportation for waterways-related programs and activities, including a brief description of each such program and activity receiving such funding.Amended by 2021 Tenn.
