If the inspection reveals the presence of such dangerous and improperly safeguarded radiation sources, the commissioner shall issue an emergency order demanding the same be removed and properly disposed of or the situation otherwise remedied and such order shall be complied with immediately.Acts 1974, ch. 678, § 3; T.C.A., §§ 53-3316, 68-23-303.
