An acceptable bond shall be a bond issued by a fidelity or surety company authorized to do business in this state, a personal bond supported by such collateral as the commissioner shall deem to be satisfactory, or a cash bond in an amount to be determined by the commissioner.Acts 1976, ch. 475, § 3; T.C.A., §§ 53-3325, 68-23-402.
