The commissioner shall inform a specific licensee in writing delivered by certified mail of the commissioner's determination pursuant to § 68-202-402 or § 68-202-405 and the reasons therefor, including references to any radiological surveys which may have been conducted by the department. If the licensee objects to the determination made by the commissioner pursuant to § 68-202-405, the licensee may, within thirty (30) days, file a written request for a hearing before the commissioner, which shall be held in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.Acts 1976, ch. 475, § 6; 1982, ch. 693, § 5; T.C.A., §§ 53-3328, 68-23-406.
