The commissioner is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations as are necessary to effectuate the policies of the commission or this part. Rules and regulations shall include, but are not limited to, requirements and standards regarding the generation, processing, packaging, storage and transportation of low-level radioactive waste.Acts 1993, ch. 143, § 2.
