(a) Nothing in this chapter amends or repeals in any manner the Energy Efficient Schools Initiative (EESI) of 2008, compiled in title 49, chapter 17, or other provisions of law relating to the energy efficient schools council and its powers, duties, and functions.(b) Nothing in this chapter applies to the powers, duties, and functions undertaken pursuant to the authority of the Energy Efficient Schools Initiative (EESI) of 2008.Added by 2017 Tenn.
