Section 68-211-108 - Delegation of duties to local health officers

The commissioner and board are authorized to delegate the duties and responsibilities granted to them by this part to local health officers to the extent deemed necessary by the commissioner and board to implement this part.Acts 1969, ch. 295, § 8; 1980, ch. 899, § 5; T.C.A., §§ 53-4308, 68-31-108.
