Section 68-211-1015 - Development of management standards for collection and recycling

(a) The department shall develop management standards for used oil recycling and collection. Such standards shall comply with all rules and regulations of the federal environmental protection agency but shall not exceed such rules and regulations.(b) The underground storage tanks and solid waste disposal control board is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of this part. All such rules and regulations shall be promulgated in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.Acts 1993, ch. 185, § 16.
