A publicly owned landfill or incinerator for disposal of municipal solid waste may exclude solid waste originating outside of the region if such exclusion is consistent with the region's plan submitted pursuant to § 68-211-814.Acts 1991, ch. 451, § 15; T.C.A., § 68-31-817.
