(a) The department shall prepare an annual report to the governor and general assembly on the state's solid waste management system.(b) The report required by subsection (a) shall include progress implementation updates, including projected implementation steps, on each specific component of the state's comprehensive solid waste management plan, as listed in § 68-211-603.Amended by 2016 Tenn.
