To the extent that the provisions of this chapter are in conflict with, or differ from, the provisions of § 68-212-202 and chapter 212, part 4 of this title, with regard to the obligations or rights of a holder of a security interest under such provisions, the latter provisions shall take priority and control.Acts 1995, ch. 541, § 14.
