(a) This part is in addition and supplemental to any other law providing for the financing of water systems and wastewater facilities of local governments, and shall not be deemed to amend or repeal any other law.(b) No proceedings by a local government shall be required for loan agreements hereunder except such as are provided by this part, notwithstanding any law to the contrary.(c) No requirements or restraints applicable to borrowing by local governments contained in any other law shall be applicable to loans under this part.(d) [Deleted by 2023 amendment.]Amended by 2023 Tenn.
