The commissioner of environment and conservation is authorized to promulgate emergency rules in the manner provided under the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5, for the program authorized by this part if deemed to be necessary by the commissioner to make full use of available federal funding.Added by 2022 Tenn.
