(a) This part is in addition and supplemental to any other law providing for the financing of waterworks of municipalities, and shall not be deemed to amend or repeal any other law.(b) No proceedings by a municipality shall be required for loan agreements hereunder except such as are provided by this part, notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary.(c) No requirements or restrictions applicable to borrowing by municipalities contained in any other law shall be applicable to loans under this part.Acts 1974, ch. 671, § 17; T.C.A., §§ 53-2071, 68-13-517.
