The members of the board of commissioners shall serve without compensation for their services, except that by resolution duly adopted by the board, each commissioner may receive a per diem payment for not more than six (6) meetings of the board in any calendar year at a rate not greater than three hundred dollars ($300) per meeting.Amended by 2021 Tenn.
