(a) The rules and regulations for public water systems previously promulgated under this chapter, pursuant to part 1 of this chapter, shall remain in effect as the rules and regulations under this part.(b) Any of the rules or regulations which may conflict with a statutory provision of this part are rendered void, but shall not affect the validity of the remaining rules and regulations.Acts 1983, ch. 324, § 20; T.C.A., § 68-13-719.
