The department may contract with the municipal technical advisory service, the University of Tennessee, for providing technical assistance to municipalities to assist them in receiving or planning to receive funds under these sections in an amount not to exceed three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) per annum and from funds appropriated for the purposes of funding these sections.Acts 1984, ch. 768, § 8; T.C.A., § 68-13-808.
