The departments of health and human services shall jointly provide to the health and welfare committee of the senate and the health committee of the house of representatives, on or before December 31 each year, a written list of the options available to the state, and the extent of federal financial participation for each option, under medicaid and temporary assistance for needy families (TANF).Amended by 2013 Tenn.
