The department of health shall evaluate the resource mothers program through site visits and prepare written quarterly reports on the program site objectives. The report shall include a review of the following statistics:(1) The number of pregnant teens entering the program;(2) The number of infants entering the program;(3) The number of infant deaths;(4) The number and percent of low weight births;(5) The number and percent of teens entering the program in the first trimester of pregnancy; and(6) The number and percent of postpartum teens returning to school.Acts 1992, ch. 990, § 2f.
