Section 68-1-1802 - Part definitions

As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Commissioner' means the commissioner of health;(2) 'Department' means the department of health; and(3) 'Office' means the office of women's health designated by this part.Acts 2000, ch. 954, § 3.
