Section 68-1-2302 - Part definitions

As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Commissioner' means the commissioner of health;(2) 'Department' means the department of health; and(3) 'Office' means the office of child nutrition and wellness in the department, which is created in § 68-1-2304.Amended by 2014 Tenn.
