Section 68-1-501 - Identification of goals and benchmarks and development of agency plans

The bureau of TennCare, the department of health, and the department of finance and administration shall collaborate to identify goals and benchmarks while also developing individual agency plans to reduce the incidence of diabetes in this state, improve diabetes care, and control complications associated with diabetes.Added by 2015 Tenn.
