The requirements of this part shall be limited to the diabetes information, data, initiatives, and programs within each agency prior to July 1, 2015, unless there is unobligated funding for diabetes in each agency that may be used for new research, data collection, reporting, or other requirements of this part.Added by 2015 Tenn.
