Section 68-10-105 - Infected persons isolated or quarantined to specified area

In establishing isolation or quarantine, the municipal or county health officer having jurisdiction shall designate and define the limits of the area within which the infected person is to be isolated or quarantined, and no person other than the attending physician or nurse shall enter or leave the area of isolation or quarantine without the permission of the health officer.Acts 1921, ch. 106, § 5; Shan.
