This part shall not be applicable to purchases made through any group purchasing organization whose membership is limited exclusively to Tennessee public hospitals and, furthermore, nothing in this part shall be construed to grant authority for the organization and operation of a group purchasing entity whose membership is limited exclusively to public hospitals.Acts 1990, ch. 1079, § 4.
