(a) The board for licensing health care facilities shall develop and issue appropriate model forms for advance directives that are consistent with this part.(b) The board for licensing health care facilities is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations in order to implement this part, in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.Acts 2004, ch. 862, § 1.
