Section 68-11-208 - Hearings before the commission - Judicial review

(a) Any licensee, or applicant for a license, aggrieved by a decision or action of the commission pursuant to this part may request a hearing before the commission.(b) These proceedings and judicial review of the commission's decision must be conducted in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.(c) The chair of the health facilities commission may appoint a five-member ad hoc litigation committee composed of members of the commission when deemed necessary by the chair of the commission.Amended by 2023 Tenn.
