Section 68-11-215 - Salaries and expenses

(a) The department of human resources shall fix the salaries of all employees upon the advice of the executive director.(b) All employees and members of the commission shall be reimbursed for necessary expenses in the discharge of their official duties.(c) All reimbursement for travel expenses shall be in accordance with the comprehensive travel regulations as promulgated by the department of finance and administration and approved by the attorney general and reporter.(d) The expenses provided for in this section shall be incorporated as part of the budget of the commission.Amended by 2023 Tenn.
