Section 68-11-266 - Offering of immunization for influenza and pneumococcal diseases to inpatients sixty-five (65)

In accordance with the latest recommendations of the advisory committee on immunization practices of the centers for disease control, and subject to the availability of vaccine, each year from October 1 through March 1, prior to discharging any inpatient who is sixty-five (65) years of age or older, a hospital shall offer the inpatient immunization for influenza and pneumococcal diseases. Acts 2007 , ch. 27, § 1.
