The executive director shall promulgate rules to effectuate this part no later than September 1, 2023. The rules must be promulgated in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5, and may be promulgated as emergency rules pursuant to § 4-5-208.Added by 2023 Tenn.
