Section 68-11-307 - Continued storage of records

Any hospital may retain, preserve and store hospital records, either in the original or reproduced form, for such longer periods as in its discretion it may find proper, or as may be required by any court of competent jurisdiction.Acts 1974, ch. 588, § 7; T.C.A., § 53-1325.
