Section 68-11-705 - Persons with mental illness or intellectual disability

In promulgating the regulations regarding transfers of hospital inpatients, as required by this part, the board for licensing health care facilities shall give due regard to title 33, regarding commitment and transfer of persons with mental illness or intellectual disability, it being the express legislative intent that neither this part nor the regulations promulgated pursuant to this part shall be construed to constitute an amendment or modification of title 33.Acts 1986, ch. 711, § 6; 2011, ch. 158, § 38.
