Section 68-12-111 - Appropriations available for use

Such part of the sums appropriated for the administration and maintenance of the general work of the department of health and of the department of education as may be necessary for the carrying out of the duties imposed on these departments by this chapter are made available for the carrying out of the purposes of this chapter.Acts 1929, ch. 60, § 11; Code 1932, § 4757; T.C.A.
