Section 68-14-320 - Penalties

Any person operating a hotel or public swimming pool who fails or refuses to comply with any provision of this part or with rules and regulations, obstructs or hinders the regulatory authority in the discharge of the regulatory authority's duties, or otherwise operates a hotel or swimming pool in violation of this part or of rules and regulations commits a Class C misdemeanor. Each day of operation after notice of non-compliance of violation has been given and such violation has not been corrected constitutes a separate offense.Amended by 2013 Tenn. Acts, ch. 182,s 36, eff. 7/1/2015.Acts 1985, ch. 171, § 23.
