(a) Inspection results for establishments shall be recorded on standard departmental forms that summarize the requirements of the law and rules and regulations.(b) The rating score of the facilities shall be the total of the weighted point values for all violations subtracted from one hundred (100).(c) A copy of the completed inspection report shall be furnished to the person in charge of the facility at the conclusion of the inspection.(d) The most current inspection report furnished to the operator or person in charge of the establishment shall be posted in a conspicuous place at the facility.Acts 1990, ch. 884, § 14.
