Section 68-14-517 - Penalties

Any person operating an establishment who fails or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of this part or rules and regulations, or obstructs or hinders the regulatory authority in the discharge of its duties, or otherwise operates a bed and breakfast establishment in violation of this part or rules and regulations, commits a Class C misdemeanor for each offense. Each day after sufficient notice has been given constitutes a separate offense.Acts 1990, ch. 884, § 18; 1989, ch. 591, §§ 1, 6.
