Section 68-14-519 - Applicability of chapter to this part

(a) The provisions of part 3 of this chapter that pertain to food service establishments and hotels do not apply to this part.(b) The provisions of parts 3 and 4 of this chapter that pertain to public swimming pools do apply to this part.Acts 1990, ch. 884, § 21.
