Any person operating a food service establishment who fails or refuses to comply with any of this part or with rules and regulations, obstructs or hinders the regulatory authority in the discharge of the regulatory authority's duties, or otherwise operates a food service establishment in violation of this part or rules and regulations commits a Class C misdemeanor. Each day of operation after notice of noncompliance of violation has been given and such violation has not been corrected constitutes a separate offense.Added by 2013 Tenn.
