(a) The county legislative body is required to provide necessary office facilities, and to appropriate money necessary for the maintenance of the county health department.(b) The state department of health may participate with the county in the cost of construction and renovation of county health department facilities, subject to availability of state funds.Acts 1985, ch. 172, § 1.
