Section 68-3-507 - Moving body from place of death

With the consent of the physician or medical examiner who is to certify the cause of death, a body may be moved from the place of death for the purpose of being prepared for final disposition.Acts 1977, ch. 128, § 18; T.C.A., § 53-476.
