A violation of § 68-33-103 constitutes a potential threat to public health, safety, and welfare and requires emergency action by an alleged violator's appropriate regulatory authority. Upon receiving notification pursuant to § 68-33-105(c), or upon otherwise becoming aware of an alleged violation of § 68-33-103, the appropriate regulatory authority shall proceed pursuant to title 63 or this title, as applicable.Added by 2023 Tenn.
