Section 68-36-101 - Chapter definitions

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Commissioner' means the commissioner of health or the commissioner's designated representative;(2) 'Department' means the department of health; and(3) 'Hemophilia' means a bleeding tendency resulting from a genetically determined deficiency factor in the blood.Acts 1973, ch. 82, § 1; T.C.A., § 53-5601; Acts 2015, ch. 33, § 2.
