No expense that may be incurred in the execution of any part of §§ 68-4-102 - 68-4-109 shall be a charge upon the state or any county or municipality, or any officer or agent thereof, but all such expenses, whether for compensation, salary, transportation or otherwise shall be borne by the medical, dental and anthropologic institutions as provided in this chapter.Acts 1947, ch. 163, § 7; C.
