Section 68-55-305 - Additional fine for accidents involving death or personal injury to be paid into the traumatic brain injury fund

Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, in addition to any other fines imposed by § 55-10-101, there is imposed an additional fine of fifteen dollars ($ 15.00) for each violation to be earmarked for and paid into the general fund reserve account created by § 68-55-401 for the traumatic brain injury fund.Acts 2006, ch. 799, § 1.
