Section 68-59-106 - Appointing authority of the executive director

(a) The executive director has appointing authority of the advisory council.(b) One (1) member of the advisory council must be a member of the committee on pediatric emergency care.Added by 2024 Tenn. Acts, ch. 932,s 24, eff. 7/1/2024.
