The commission is attached to the department of health for administrative matters relating to budgeting, audit, and other related items, and for additional administrative support, including the use of information technology systems, human resources support, and clerical assistance as may be necessary for the effective administration and enforcement of this chapter.Added by 2021 Tenn.
