The department, with the approval of the governor, has the power and is authorized to adopt such reasonable fiscal policies governing the use and allocation of funds appropriated under provisions of this chapter as may be necessary to enable the state to procure the maximum possible financial and other aid for tuberculosis control purposes from federal and other agencies.Acts 1971, ch. 210, § 26; T.C.A., § 53-1045.
