In establishing isolation or quarantine, the commissioner or state, district, municipal or county health officer having jurisdiction shall designate and define the length of time, site and any other conditions required of the person to be isolated or quarantined.Acts 1971, ch. 210, § 21; 1977, ch. 145, § 12; T.C.A., § 53-1040.
