Section 68-102-112 - State fire marshal - Supervision of fire prevention division

The commissioner of commerce and insurance, as the state fire marshal, shall supervise and direct the activities of the fire prevention division through the director of the fire prevention division.Acts 1937, ch. 33, § 67; mod.
