If an order pursuant to § 68-102-117 is made by a deputy or assistant to the commissioner, the owner or occupant may, within twenty-four (24) hours, appeal to the commissioner, who shall, within ten (10) days, review the order and file the commissioner's decision on the appeal, and, unless by the commissioner's authority the order is revoked or modified, the order shall remain in full force and be complied with within the time fixed in the order or decision of the commissioner.Acts 1915, ch. 131, § 7; Shan., § 3079a276; impl. am.
